SAFEPACK VCI Paper SP-GALVWRAP-WF 70 gsm speciallymatured Kraft paper, one side activated with 10-12 gsm of VCI chemicals(Volatile Corrosion Inhibitors specially engineered for Zinc andGalvanized products ), laminated & reinforced with waterproof wovenfabric. SP-GALVWRAP-WF is available upto 3000mm in width seamless i.e. without joint. It provides two-pronged protection:

1. Physical protection with cost effective, optimal, mechanical structure.
2. Superior VCI chemical protection developed with focused research.

CORE ELEMENTS :

CORROSION is a destructive chemical process; most often it is theconversion of a metal to its oxide, for example, the corrosion of ironby oxygen and water to produce iron oxides (i.e., rust). Safepack VCIpaper carries a high load of specially engineered rust preventingchemicals (VCI's). These chemicals further dis-associate intopositively & negatively charged ions and are adsorbed invisibly onthe negatively & positively charged areas of the metal surfacerespectively. It protects metals strongly through direct contact aswell as vapor action. The VCI's also protect areas, which are difficultto reach like drilled holes, crevices, voids etc.

SP-GALVWRAP-WFis a strong wrap around for Zinc and Galvanized steel coils / sheets,wires, pipes & tubes. etc to protect it from oxidation i.e. whiterust formation. Its tight weave provides strong constructions &enhances moisture barrier properties. It protects specifically Zinc andGalvanized & ferrous metals, comprising ferro-alloys, iron &steel in elevated humid atmospheric conditions. It gives extraprotection in contact application. VCI wrappers eliminate the use ofmessy polluting oils/greases/coatings & instead provide simply WRAP> OPEN > USE method. This simple environment loving methoddelights the end user as he can get rid off washing, degreasing &cleaning .Not only this but overall this is economical and the materialis recyclable.

SAFEPACK VCI Paper SP-GALVWRAP-WF provides anextremely dry method of protection. It protects metals both throughdirect contact and vapor action. The high-tech VCI chemicals have aproperty of evaporating into the surrounding enclosure. The releasedvapor deposits on the metal surface and forms a protective mono-ioniclayer, which provides protection to the packed parts from corrosion. Itthus enables effective and long-term protection of Zinc and Galvanizedmetals against white rust formation-in most probable adverse conditionsincluding contaminants in air such as hydrogen sulphide, sulphurdioxide, ammonia or acid rain. VCI vapors easily migrate to hard toreach areas like drilled holes, crevices etc. and give effectiveprotection.

METHOD OF USAGE :

Simply wrap the clean, dry metal parts in the paper. Also refer our note guidelines for packaging department.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE CONDITION :

1. Store in a cool and dry place.
2. Wrapping of rolls in original packing during storage is recommended.
3. Stable at normal storage conditions.
4. VCI paper should be kept away from contaminants prior to usage.
5. Shelf life is minimum 2 years under normal conditions of storage.
