Safepack VCI papers
are specially matured kraft -papers impregnated with hi-tech, eco-friendly VCIs (Volatile / Vapor Phase Corrosion Inhibitors). This provides an extremely dry method of protection. Our VCI Paper enables effective and long term protection of metals in most probable adverse conditions even for hard- to- reach metal surfaces.

Depending on the imperviousness of the pack, VCI Paper protection should last up to 36 months . For Defense
like applications, VCI Paper for protection up to 20 years can also be designed.

Mono - Ionic VCI layer does not affect electrical, optical, mechanical surface properties.

Safepack VCI Papers are available with different backings ( Custom printed upto 4 colors too! ) such as plain, extensible, PE-coated, OPP/PET- laminated, woven, reinforced etc. The selection of grade depends on the weight shape of the product, package condition the duration of protection required.
