Polycoated Medigrade paper (MediSafe)

The Medikraft/ OLB Base paper used for these applications is virgin grade/ 100% primary fibre bleached using the environment friendly ECF method ensuring strong clean fibres. It is strong, hygienic & environmental friendly. Certified production procedures incorporates hygiene control and utilizes in-line contamination and hole detection equipment.

For the product MediSafe, base virgin Medikraft/ OLB paper is coated with thin/thick layer of food grade polyethylene polymer compound which makes the paper liquid tight, provides humidity protection as well as imparts excellent sealing property. This polyethylene Barrier substance also provides effective protection against undesirable effects caused by light, oxygen, humidity, grease or heat.
